Proofing >> Proofs will be sent via email as a PDF within 2 weeks after all text, photos and design ideas are sent to me. Larger projects, such as a booklet, timing will be discussed. All initial info and needed revisions must be provided in an email.
Revisions >> Pricing includes up to 2 revisions. Any revisions made after this will be added to your final bill at $25 per revision.
Printing and Shipping >> All orders must be prepaid. Designs will be sent to press as soon as payment is received. Items will be shipped as soon as your order is received from the printer. Printing typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, larger projects may take longer. No cancellations or refunds will be granted after your order has been placed with the printer.
